By accessing and using Snay.ly ("the Service"), owned and operated by SauerApple LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service. Snay.ly is owned and operated by SauerApple LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company based in California. All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Snay.ly are the sole property of SauerApple LLC.

2. Service Description

Snay.ly is a subscription-based service that allows users to send physical postcards featuring **up to three emojis** and an optional QR code that may reveal the sender’s identity. Features include:
  • Physical delivery of emoji postcards to specified addresses
  • Subscription-based postcard sending
  • Anonymous or identified sending options
  • QR code scan tracking and engagement insights

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is required before service delivery
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund and Dispute Policy

5. Postcard Delivery

Snay.ly works with third-party print and delivery providers to fulfill orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard shipping: 7-10 business days (within the US)
  • International shipping (if available): 14-21 business days
  • Delays due to postal disruptions are outside our control

Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient addresses are accurate. Snay.ly is not liable for lost or misdelivered postcards due to incorrect addresses.

6. Anonymity & Privacy

  • Users can send postcards anonymously or with their identity revealed
  • QR codes on postcards may link to sender information, if enabled
  • Scan activity is tracked, but recipient identities remain private

7. User Conduct

Users must not:
  • Send offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content
  • Use Snay.ly for commercial or bulk messaging purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to **suspend or terminate accounts** found in violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Snay.ly or its suppliers be liable for:
  • Lost, stolen, or undelivered postcards due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by third-party postal carriers
  • Recipient reactions to anonymous or identified postcards
  • Technical errors affecting QR code functionality

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of California**. You agree to submit to the **exclusive jurisdiction** of courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard
  • No refunds are provided for the remainder of a billing cycle after cancellation
  • Postcards already scheduled for printing will still be sent

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Your data rights include:

  • The right to access and request deletion of your personal data
  • The right to opt out of non-essential data processing
  • The right to control your account settings and QR code visibility
